EDM is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Cathay Pacific to design, manufacture and install a new A350 Door Trainer for the airline. EDM was awarded the new business as part of an international tender with delivery expected at Cathay Pacific’s cabin crew training centre in Hong Kong.

The door trainer will comprise fully functional main doors with flight attendant seat and harness, local monuments and EDM standard features including:-

EDM is also currently working on an A350 Door Trainer project for Ethiopian Airlines. The company was appointed by the airline earlier this year to supply a range of cabin crew training devices for both widebody and narrowbody aircraft types.
