EDM Ltd has been appointed by Turkish Airlines to design, manufacture and install a simulated B737NG Door Trainer comprising of a main exit door trainer and an over wing exit door trainer. EDM was selected by the airline following an international tender lasting several months.
Turkish Airlines is to receive delivery of its floor mounted B737NG training device at its Flight Training Centre in Istanbul’s Ataturk International Airport next year. The equipment will incorporate all of the usual features which have come to be associated with EDM’s world-class door trainers and will include the following equipments:
