High-speed ejection seat test sled cockpit — designed and built to BAE and Martin Baker requirements; used at Langford Lodge last year.
Air intake duct test article — for Rolls-Royce engine ground testing (5-axis machining and complex mechanical assembly of composite and metallic parts to current Typhoon standards).

As a first-tier supplier to the UK MOD, BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin, EDM designs and manufactures complex training equipment including Crew Escape Safety Systems Trainers, Weapons Loading Trainers and Ejection Seat Maintenance Trainers. We also design and manufacture simulation ejection seats under licence from Martin Baker; these can incorporate movement systems and are known as G-Seats. In addition, we design and build full mission simulators for military pilot training.
