A Manchester-based company which makes training and simulation equipment for the aerospace industry has won two contracts with Chinese Airlines worth over £400,000.

The simulators are exact reproductions of the actual aircraft and are used to ensure flight crews are trained and certified in the aircraft’s normal and emergency procedures and with the complex equipment used on the aeroplanes before embarking on commercial flights, the company said:

“The company will be sharing its story with other firms hoping to win work in China at a workshop organised by UK Trade & Investment North West, China Britain Business Council and HSBC on Wednesday. The Think China, Act Regional event will take place at HSBC’s Hardman Square offices in Manchester’s Spinningfields development.”
