EDM reaches project milestone on Ethiopian Airlines programme

EDM has reached a project milestone with the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of extended B767 and Bombardier Q400 Door Trainers for Ethiopian Airlines.

In addition to developing the B767 and Bombardier Q400 training devices, Ethiopian Airlines has appointed EDM to develop:

• A350 Door Trainer
• Narrowbody Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainer (CEET) on an electric motion system
• Widebody Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainer

Ethiopian Airlines is constructing a new cabin crew training centre in Addis Ababa and EDM will install the equipment at the new site once construction is completed.
