Garuda Indonesia takes delivery of its new Door Trainers

EDM has completed delivery and installation of B777-300ER and Bombardier CRJ1000 Door Trainers to Garuda Indonesia’s training centre in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The B777-300ER Door Trainer incorporates the usual EDM standard Door Trainer features with the addition of a single cabin attendant’s seat with harness. The CRJ 1000 training device has an access staircase to the Door Trainer and also has a single cabin attendant’s seat with harness.

EDM is also commissioned by Garuda Indonesia to develop a dedicated Cabin Service Trainer which is to feature the airline’s new premium class cabin products. EDM is working in co-operation with Xi’an Feibao, its Chinese partner company, to deliver the Cabin Service Trainer project. Further details about this programme will be released shortly.
